Requests and introductions are private. You may disclose a match’s contact details only after mutual consent.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content and work you create. Briefs and request details remain confidential between the parties involved.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Gigslance does not guarantee that any match will lead to an engagement, nor the quality of work delivered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigslance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or misuse the Service.
